So the OP's friend is expected to hand over her new baby to stay 3 days a week, overnights and weekends to the father who lives in a house share (not a suitable environment at all for a baby), who doesn't even know / want to know how to make a bottle, change the baby, etc and also does not even have a safe place for baby to sleep in? WTF? Excuse my French but what a feckin moron he is. That is not a safe, secure environment for baby.
