anybody used Orange for buying tablet?

    I am looking to buy a samsung galaxy tab4 10.1 for my wee fella for xmas.
    looking on price spy the best prices are from komplett.ie and expansys.ie however, they are getting really crap reviews on customer services especially so am afraid to order from them. the next company on there is Orange. has anybody had any experience of ordering tablets/ or phones with them, any experience with customer care. hopefully i would not need customer service if nothing went wrong, but i would like the reassurance that they'd be okay to deal with. they are approx 70 quid cheaper than in harvey norman's/ carphone ware house etc.
