Hi All, looking for recommendations where we can get business advice, been up and running 3 years, super busy but really inefficient. Customers are not a problem in fact we are turning many away but we are lacking in staff management and ideas to solve a whole heap of issues. Looking for a company to provide a service that will understand our business and we can employ for help advice etc.

Depends what kind of business you are talking about, theres lots of well known management consultancy companies out there that specialise in stuff like this such as Deloitte, they won't come cheap though.

You are not likely to find anyone with giving a bit of detail about your business, location and the type of operation including sector. You are looking for a mentor or consultant to advise/bring you up to best speed on running your business, not someone to do it for you!! It is not that hard or complicated but it is just sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees, a little help and you will be sorted!

There won't be anyone with experience in our area of business so we are looking to hire someone to give general advice or to see the bigger picture on where we are going wrong or what we can do. We are NOT looking for someone to do it for us just to help as I don't have a business background and I am definitely doing things in an inefficient way. We are in South Dublin and have a staff of 12 so its pretty small, its a service/s we provide.

I would suggest you look at Skillets Management http://www.managementworks.ie/business/programmes
