High footfall streets in Dublin

Outside of the obvious Henry St & Grafton St areas which would have the best footfall for retail? I live in Dublin but I guess like most people I live in my little bubble that I rarely get to see outside of! Am looking at Dublin 2 but there are reasons why D2 might not be possible unfortunately so having to look further…
