    Has anyone tried ringing the dublin playstation support number (01)6917379?
    i have been waiting for someone to pick up for 45 mins now is this normal or should i give up?

    It's normal. 30-45mins is standard.

    35 mins of waiting into call number 2 it cant be this bad all the time

    I got through in 25 minutes around this time last week, though I rang at 430 pm before, rang for 40 mins, 6 ocolock i gave up after 20 minutes

    I have been trying all week still not answering..i am on hold now as i type..what sort of company is this that have people on hold.thought it was a major company.
