Issues with Vodafone Smart4 turbo

1.The Vodafone Smart4 turbo is an android phone but when I go into play store it tells me that I can't download Amazon app. Can I find a way around this 2. Whenever the battery died all the settings, home screen have to be reset. How can this be sorted? Thanks
