Good Over ear headphones for a 10 year old - Not Beats

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations on a set of over-ear headphones for a 10 year old.

Don't want the beats (although I am sure he would be happy with them) .. but want a pair that look a bit funky, for him!

Looked at Sennheiser site ... and they all look a bit grown up for him if ye know what I mean!

I wouldn't recommend closed-cup over-ears for a 10yo.
You should be able to monitor their volume, and the kid should be able to be aware of their environment.
Additionally, since kids have smaller pockets, big over-ears just won't fit! :pac:

Koss KSC75 should be a nice little stocking-stuffer, or maybe Sennheiser PX-100.
I've had bad experience with Koss PortaPro and would recommend against them.

If you are set on big headphones, Superlux' range isn't to be sniffed at, either.

Plus, at that age I accidentally broke every set I had through carelessness, so cheap is good!
Philips O'Neill Cruz were apparently designed with skating & ruggedness in mind, so those are also an option.

Nearly got the Logitechs, and the O'Neill Cruz defo had the funky look!

But settled on a pair of Sonys ...
