Delay in getting a mortgage statement

    How long does it normally take to get a mortgage statement from Bank of Ireland? I ordered a statement on Thursday 6 Nov. Today is the 18th - 8 working days later - and there is still no sign of it. How difficult could it be to press 'Print' and put result in an envelope? I have called twice about this and have received different time frames to complete this complex action on each occasion - the first time was 4 working days, the second time was 7 working days. Are they just making it up as they go?

    Mortgage statements can take 5-7 working days to reach the account holders address. Unfortunately as we do not have account access here we are unable to query when this was ordered for you.
