House valuation for mortgage

Do BOI provide a range of valuers to choose from or do they decide which one for a house valuation for a mortgage ?

Hi mickman,

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.

Bank of Ireland would not carry out a value of properties. For Personal Mortgages, you would pay for your own valuation of a property. So when you find a valuer, the valuer themselves will advise you if they are included on the Bank of Ireland panel, and therefore an approved valuer.
