Anyone had any issues with here? I dropped my phone into be fixed, they fixed it, few weeks later same problem went back in they said they could do nothing if I didn't have receipt. Showed them text they had sent me to confirm I had it fixed with them they still wouldn't do anything. Anyway found the receipt in the end so…

I collected phone, went to make a call and now the microphone and speaker are not working, they say its nothing to do with them??
Seems dodgy to me?
