Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gotta laugh at the eejit on Setanta talking about the USA needing to drastically update the coaching system from youth levels upwards because they are "donkeys years behind." the lack of self awareness is astounding.

    Keith Andrews, I think.

how 'full' a team is this USA team ?
Dempsey and Bradley missing but it's pretty full other than that

I make it Beasley. Dempsey, Jermaine Jones, Mike Bradley and Tim Howard missing from their lineup (at least going by the teams they put out at the World Cup).

Are those guys all still active for the US or have some of them retired?

Stokes was very very quiet, hardly noticed he was playing to be honest

Jesus. Was 99% sure it was Kenny. Was just waiting for the "at this particular moment in time"

I know it's only a friendly, but Brady looks a country mile more useful at left back than Ward. And would be even it was for his set-pieces alone.

I'm liking the cut of McGoldrich's jib

Caught out a few times too many for my liking. Would love to see Christie play lb, he looks really good but won't displace Coleman at rb

Brady has been excellent at left back. Hopefully this spells the end of hoof it Ward.

Cyrus Christie looks a good player. Been impressed with him.

He's been constantly caught out of position! Not sure what game you're watching.

God that would have been an awful goal to concede.

Same here, would like to see him get a run at lb for 20 mins. Hear he has played there before.

Surely he can do a better job than Ward.

McClean playing well since he's come on. Beating the full back with ease.

Poor management more like, Stokes not a left midfielder

    Very sloppy with possession.

Just shows we can actually play very good football when we ignore the manager's instructions. Having players like McGoldrick, Pilkington and Brady who actually want to play it down the middle makes such a big difference.

Hopefully this should be the end for Ward.

Sporadic end product. That's the problem.
