2001 land cruiser p1215

Any Toyota lads ever come across this in a land cruiser, p1215 edu fault current. Jeep will start and run for a half hour and knock off or won't start at all. My diagnostic equipment won't read the jeep right for some odd reason, do the crank sensors give trouble or am I way off the mark?
