Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

so my 03 corolla 1.4 petrol saloon failed the nct today with
the offside shock is leaking (i'm not really sure what this means)

i hear that you should replace both shocks on a axle which is no problem
so before i start ringing around tomorrow for prices

has anyone a rough idea of the cost to replace the front two shocks

it has 130k miles on it

    thanks

It's 80-90 a corner for shock. And yes, you must replace both shocks at the time.

You won't need a loan for the replacing job. ;) It's pretty easy, I'd say good indy would do 2 shocks in 1 hour, so not very expensive. :)
