You guys should add an icon in the legend of branch locator, as it's difficult to find which branch has them.

    Hi Kek,

Thanks for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

This information is available on the Branch locator by selecting the desired branch however, having this information immediately visible to our customers is a great suggestion.

Our Online Team are constantly reviewing and updating our Group Website, to ensure that information is as transparent as possible for our customers and we have forwarded your suggestion this morning to the team.

    Thank you again,
    Elaine

I've noticed a few banks not listed there are after getting the new ATM machines that can take lodgements however the feature doesn't appear to be activated. Will more branches be offering this service soon?

    Hi FGR,

Thank you again for taking the time to post your query.

We can confirm that Bank of Ireland continually accesses requirements across the Network. For a number of reasons we are unable to discuss proposed locations but the fleet is under continuous review.

If we can help with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Could I ask that you consider adding Ashbourne, Co. Meath to that list? It's ridiculous that businesses have to take time during BOI opening hours to stand in a queue of other seething customers simply to lodge cheques. At least one of the ATMs always seem to have malfunctioned and it can be up to 30 minutes of a wait normally. It's such a step backwards from being able to post lodgements in the branch letterbox after work.

    Hi Shortbread,

Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie

There are plans to add additional lodgements ATM's to the above list and we'll update as soon as we receive details. We'll also send your comments to the ATM Teams. We don't have account access here but if we can help you with general banking queries, please let us know.

    Thanks

Can I just ask, does the new Grand Canal Square branch have an external lodgement ATM?  Thanks
