Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just having a look at possible cars to buy. Was thinking a 08/09 A4 2.0 litre but they're very expensive. Could get maybe a 2010/11 Jetta/Passat for that kinda money.

I'd ideally like a 6 speed. Do they make these anymore seeing as new cars are 1.6?

The 2.0tdi 140bhp jetta's would be 6 speed. 1.6tdi would be all 5 speed. The vast majority were 1.6 tdi. So the 2.0tdi will be harder to fine and probably be more expensive. The 1.6tdi is fine for what it is power wise but then I suppose that heavily depends on what you drive now as to whether you'll find one slow or not .

If you want a 2.0 TDi Jetta then you will have to go to the UK for one. Nearly the same with Passats here. Or just get a DSG.
