What are those dreadful wide sleeve borders on the United kit about? Seems to be a phenomenon creeping into kit design of late

Jerseys are so much better without the sponsors logo imo.

Do many other clubs sell them like this? Great idea

Due to the fact Celtic are sponsored by an alcoholic beverage id say the sponsorless version is probably a kids version. Sponsorless jerseys are rarer than hens teeth in this era unless your a small kid whose club is sponsored by an alcoholic or gambling product

Veering of course a little, why can't you buy the Ireland replica jersey without that godawful '3' logo on it. It's fugly. The team doesn't wear it, so why should fans have to put up with it. And yes; I do realise it's always been that way, right back to the Opel days and Arnold O'Byrne on the telly.

Thats interesting. I wonder will it become the norm in the future that perhaps you would have the option of getting the jersey cheaper if you take the sponsor on it?

Certainly the Ireland shirt should have that option at the very least.

It's their European Jersey (the one without the sponsor).

It will 100% be for sale for adults too.

Celtic have been doing it for years, since even before we had a drinks sponsor. Though I think back then you had to order them at the time the jerseys were launched as the amount of them was limited. Since we had a drink sponsor they've been far easier to get because of restrictions on alcohol advertising and young people promoting alcohol by wearing soccer jerseys.

Agreed, but it's damn tough to make an ugly Roma jersey with or without a collar.

I don't usually wear jerseys but the new Tranmere Rovers one is beautiful. The Carbrini and Home Bargains combo work surprisingly well together. Best I've seen in a while and also works as a nice fashion piece you'd get away with on a night out/formal occasion under a nice blazer.
