Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apple Online Store Orders

    Compu B in Dundrum had none, so I ordered a leather iPhone 6 cover from apple.com/ie yesterday. There was free shipping, which was great and it said "Dispatched: 1 business day", so I was sure I wouldn't have long to wait. Over 24 hours later, it's still "Preparing for dispatch".

    It's not a huge deal (unless the phone gets scratched in the meantime), but I do think it's a bit misleading of Apple to say "Dispatched: 1 business day", when what they mean is, "we'll take our own sweet time taking the item off the shelf and putting it in an envelope"...

    It would have giving you a delivery date on one of the pages while you were filling out your address details and also in the confirmation email. It could be dispatched and the system didn't update. I find that whenever i buy off apple i usually get the product a day or two before the allocated delivery date.
