    Still waiting for emobile/eircom to respond to my query. I agreed to extend my contract mobile and house phone and upgrade my broadband to eFibre.  Was promised eVision and free smartphone.  Did not see either of these yet.  
    At this stage I am fed up ringing and sending email about this and I can get no satisfaction from either emobile or eircom.
    Someone has to be responsible for Customer Service.

    Also this evening I was put on hold by emobile when enquiring about an upgrade of my handset and held on for over 1 hour and no one came back to me.

    I think this is a disgraceful service where The Customer clearly does not come first
    From a very frustrated emobile customer
