    I am using Declan O'Boyle he is based in Phibsboro, he is brilliant he has gone out of his way to get us a mortgage we have had a few bumps along the way his fee is € 300 but he does not charge if you are not successful in getting a mortgage.
    He is in the business 16 years and is very down to earth with great relationships with banks.
