    Lollipop will be nightlies and will not be fully stable, you should install the latest stable release and get the gapps to suit

    Lollipop was very slow for me and CM became slow as well. I have just installed spirit Rom and its a bit better but not lightning.

    CM Installer version work OK for me.

    4.4.2 is Kit Kat; Lollipop is 5.0

    Actually spirit is doing quite well and am pleased with it. I did use CM for about 6 months. The last stable version had some problems but worked well in general.

    But the 2012 Grouper is quite old now and perhaps 5 might be a step 2 far (although it really shouldn't be).
