What is this window/app or how do I find out?

    WHen I booted my computer today, the following tiny window booted, its very small

    It always stays on top. I Cant close it. It doesnt do anything when I click on it. No idea what it is

    Is there an app I can use to find out the details of the window or whats its process name is or something?

    ITs annoyign and want to know what is its

    It's something to do with your keyboard software, Caps Lock. Num Lock, Scroll lock. May help narrow the search down :)
