Holiday Rentals Melbourne

Hey guys looking for some help even if it is a long shot. There is 6 (3 couples) of us travelling to Melbourne for a wedding at the end of January for 3 weeks. We arrive on the 25th of January. I'm trying to get a 3 bedroom apartment around St kilda or the city but as the tennis is on at the end of January everywhere on airbnb and flipkey pretty much seem booked and anywhere left is mad money. Anyone know of any good sites I might have missed or any hidden gems they've used in the past.

It is peak holiday period, tennis plus Australia day so perfect storm for making holiday accomodation difficult.
