    Hi,
    Can Bank of Ireland do a chargeback if money sent to someone, went into someone elses paypal account?

    Ok Thanks.
    No goods involved.
    It was a gift that somehow got sent to a person with the same name as the person that was meant to get it!
    PayPal said they can request the person to send it back but cannot demand it.
    They also said to ask my bank to do a chargeback.
