Credit card refused

    Hi:

    I tried to buy a phone in Carphone Warehouse and I tried directly in the O2 website, and every time they refused and the reason is Post Codes does not match.

    What´s that means?

    The statements of the banks the address is correct.

    To clarify why this transaction did not process correctly for you, please contact our Credit Card Service Team on 0818 251 251 where a representative will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.  Alternatively if you are a register user of BOI365 Online it is possible to submit this request under your Credit Card details through the "Ask A Questions" Section of the Online Service Desk.
