Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody know of any coal deals or good prices around the place? Used to always get the 5x20kg bags in Swans last year for 30.

Did you not find that coal burned bright and quick but very very dirty?
You cannot beat Country Blend or Ecobrite IMO. I also would be interested in any decent deals.

Nolans General supplies hardware in Ballon are doing 40kg bags of Jarrow Superheat (basically a stove coal) for €15.50 a bag at the moment and have a 40kg general open fire coal for €13.99 (iirc)

Brennan's does really good coal 40 kg bags for €16. It burns for ages an really lasts.

Old Mac Donald's is the same price but it's not very good coal
