Is the rule that they have to review it in that situation, or did he just ask them to and they did? Would another officiating crew have reviewed it as per the rules or is it at their discretion?

They don't have to review it but really if you want it challenged inside 2 you have to call a timeout and preferably kick up a massive fuss.

as far as i know they dont have to review it but marvin lewis kind of threw a hissy fit about it but ya it pretty much won them the game so cudos mr lewis

****ing joke. Game decided by a ridiculous call. That said, Baltimore had so many red zone chances today and couldn't convert. You could see what was going to happen coming a mile off.

I wouldn't say it was decided on that play. The Chargers were moving the ball pretty easily on that drive.

Contrary to what a lot of people think I'm expecting to see loads of Gray, Blount and Vereen in this one with Gronk doing a lot of blocking. Its what they wouldn't really prepare for as much so its likely what BB would go with.

I'm expecting to be completely wrong of course!
