Hi Guys.

Im in a semi detached house where my chimney and neighbors chimney are side by side.
Builders have said there is problems with 2 chimneys.

The chimney need plastering, beading and replaced caps. My chimney stack is quite hollow in words of the builder. New lead needs to be put in place aswell.

Is this a big job/expensive job. roughly what kind of price should this job be at least
