You can but you'll have to do it via ebay or a retailer of itunes gift cards other than apple themselves. Apple don't sell international vouchers.If you google I'm sure you'll find plenty services that will sell to you though. Most of them will only send you your code via email so it's unlikely it will arrive in the post in OZ unless you write it on a card. Make sure to check feedback of the retailer on facebook, twitter etc before you bite! Only do it if they have a paypal checkout too, dont give your credit card number.

A usa iTunes voucher won't work in Australia, it has to be one from the Australian store.
