should i lose more weight and how?

i am currently 5 ft 7", female and 53.5kg and was wondering should i lose more weight and how to do it seen as the lower your weight goes the harder it seems to get it off!

8 stone 2 does seem very low for that height. I'm the same height and if I go under about 9s 7l I start to look unhealthy. At 8s 2l I'd look downright skeletal.

I know people carry weight differently but as another poster has mentioned, I'm struggling to see how anyone could carry that little weight at that height and carry it well.

my girlfriend is about 8 and a half stone and 5ft 7, and is very thin, now I know theres no one sizes fits all but assume the OP has a slim build then I would warn against wanting to lose more weight
