Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
I don't know whether I've awkward feet altogether or what but....

I've discovered I've a wide foot - i.e the width of the bones before my toes? the widest part of my foot is very wide it appears (btw - I'm a size 4 in length!)

I seem to have a very large big toe! Seriously. The amount of shoes that actually squeeze down on my big toe, like someone is pinching my toe........

Then...... there's the back of my heels. I honestly must have the wierdest feet, but EVERY SHOE, hurts the back of my heel.

I see everyone walking around in these pumps and honestly, the only pair I can wear are ones made out of fake silk.

If the rest of you experience any of the above, what do you buy to offset the effects?

New Look wide fit pumps have been pretty good in the past but this year I ended up getting regular fit ones and they were grand. My nearest New Look store had no wide fit ones the day I looked. The ones I got were alot softer on the heel than usual but my cure is a hypoallergenic plaster on the inside of the shoe to prevent rubbing. Dunnes pumps tend to be a bit wider than most at the front but the quality is woeful in my experience.

Thank you! It never occurred to me to plaster the shoe rather than my foot!
