    This guy follows girls around filming their legs and uploads it to Youtube.Surely theres some law against this?Creepy as fcuk.

    Don't know why you'd bother advertising his videos if you think he's creepy. As the previous poster said, report him to Youtube. If you want genuine opinions on whether it's legal or not, try the Legal Discussion forum. Thread closed.
