Can't access a website

Hi, I really didn't know where to post this so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I'm trying to access a website but it says it's blocked.
I have no idea what this means, and I'm not good with computers in general. It was working fine a few days ago, and it works fine for other people.

It says this

Your connection to this server has been blocked in this server's firewall.

Then it says my blocked Ip address and servers hostname.

Can anyone help?

Maybe for some possibly legal reason your ISP has decided to refuse access to the site you wanted to visit to its customers. Try ToR: https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en
