Golf trolley battery problems

Black battery fading after an hour. Light goes from red to green on charger when charged but will only get an hour out of it. Picked up the golf glider battery 2nd hand which had the same connectors. When plugged into charger it just goes green on charger however trolley won't work with golf glider battery. Any helpers ?…
