I buy Aldi's balsamic vinegar, the brand name is Solesta. It's inexpensive and very good - as is their olive oil.

I usually mix it with honey for a nice salad dressing, but if you're watching your sugar intake maybe just mix it with olive oil and add salt & pepper, maybe some mustard and or herbs.
