    Having previously bought something from ibood without issue I recently purchased an iphone in the knowledge that they do not ship immediately.
    After 3 weeks i sent a mail to their customer service department to get an update on the expected delivery date, got no responce. i repeated the enquiry process 2 more times without reply. i have now issued a service request to cancel the order and still there is silence from them. The money is gone i feel and very stupidly i did not go through paypal.

    How did you pay? If it's by Visa credit/debit card, then initiate a chargeback.

    I've used them many many times and have never had an issue with them.

    If you go in to your account, and go to your order, it should have the estimated shipping date in there and estimated delivery date.

    I ordered off them on 13 nov. I emailed a question right away and had a response the next day.

    Expected shipping date was 24 nov and checking now it has not been sent. I am not getting worried though.

    How do you know you emails got to them? - maybe it goes to spam.

    Maybe there is an error - people and companies make errors, I'm sure even you do!

    Not a reason to jump onto a forum and shout "avoid ibood" as if the world is going to obey such a ridiculous statement.

    As above - try ringing them or check order status on the site

    my item was confirmed shipped today. 1 week & 1 day later than the predicted ship date.
