domain renewal

Renewal notice came in from Letshost for a domain for the year, is it cheaper to renew direct or do I have to go in via LH. They don't give an option to buy for longer than 1yr

2 things:
1 - discussion of specific hosting companies / registrars is generally forbidden on boards.ie

2 - you haven't said what domain extension the renewal is for, so it's hard to give you any clear answer.

IEDR charges more for .ie domain names than most .ie domain name registrars

From what I remember, there is an option to renew for multiple years on .ie domains.

.ie domains support up to 10 year registration..
