Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My wife's I phone 4 was acting up a little, was full of photos soooooo I decided thank god to copy all photos and restore it .

Only when it restarted restoring process it asks for password because it had find my iPhone settings on it . The password was wrong which is fair enough but it was attached to my stupid Vodafone e mail account which does not exist anymore . I put in my date of birth to reset password and it tells me that's wrong which is incorrect.apple support told me this often plays up .

So I go to Vodafone shop and they send me away with Apple support number, 1.5 hrs being sent around people all around world and they tell me they will send me a reset password to my gmail account in 24 hrs .

24hrs later I get my link to change password and it doesn't work and I'm back to where I was.

After another long call to Vodafone I tell them my phone is under warranty and they agree to take it in to have a look . I just know their going to come back tomorrow and say we can't do anything for you.

My passwords never change. I just don't know !!!!

Can anyone give any other advice on this . Cheers

My Apple id , it gives a hint . C*****w@vo*****.com then asked for password to confirm this phone belongs to this Apple id . You can't change login . It wants password and that's that!! Or it won't start up I phone restore .

How long did you wait to check the link after it arrived in your inbox? It only remains valid for 3 hours. If it doesn't work you need to contact Apple again to have another one sent out.

I used it straight away . The local tech guy sent phone to main people in Dublin so will be a few days .
