Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't even remember the name of previous (now sadly departed) good luck charm. It's amazing how quickly they come and go around here.

I cant ever imagine a situation where id have an extra screen up to watch a United match while Liverpool are on, certainly not at this stage of the season anyway.

The guy is capable of making brilliant saves but he is a disaster waiting to happen.

    Got to go.

But Skrtel's the only player who grabs others

There has been a constant problem with goalkeepers at Liverpool going back to David James. Brad Friedel, Scott Carson, Sander Westerveld, Chris Kirkland, Jerzy Dudek, Pepe Reina - they all start off okay and then gradually over the course of their time at Anfield become rubbish.

Unfair to have Reina in with that lot.

I used to blame joe corrigan who was goalkeeper coach for years
    Can't blame him anymore

He might have taken a couple of seasons longer than the other to become a liability but he did in the end. Having said that, I'd have him back over Mignolet in a heartbeat.

our passing is so negative so often!

Great chance on the break a minute ago, three players haring up the field to the right, where do we pass it? Back to left back, and the move is done.

Reina's decline was something different to the others. Unfair to have him there IMO.

This ref - fortunately - has no idea how to apply the advantage rule.

Sterling has to burn him there. Is that still a saying.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,247 ✭✭✭✭Guy:Incognito

The longer Sterling was running the that the less chance anything was going to come of it. Didn't seem to have an idea what to do.

Same here . Migs Blooper reel this season far outstrips anything Jones has ever produced for us .

was not the worst of his bloopers in fairness was a bit unfortunate also. Migs not the only at fault

It's been a fairly grim first half all told. Hopefully there will be a similar second half improvement as we saw on Saturday.

Having to deal with Michael Owen, Lee Mason and Simon Mignolet in one 90 minute sitting has me thinking I may have been Cromwell in a previous existence.

The passes are never into your path. Always forced to check your run to receive the ball. Just slightly behind you or under hit. Real basic stuff.
