Rosettes to suit 28mm copper pipe.

I need 4 rosettes to suit 1" copper pipe, similar to the 1/2" oak one's you can get to go around radiator pipes as they exit the ground. Any idea where I could buy these or would they be a custom job for a wood turner? Thank's
