the oil and filters will cost you the best part of fifty squid, take you 2 hours, couldn't see anyone doing it at your target price!

Doing it on the cheap will cost you eventually. Certain mechanics are cheap for a reason (they're useless)

In the long run, it'll be far cheaper to get yourself a set of tools like Aldi / Lidl cheap socket set, around €23. These are good enough for servicing a car. Halfords have specials on the lieks of Castrol oil. They also have their own brands for around €25 normally. €6 oil filter, €10 air filter. So say guts of €50 and your own time, a little youtube if unsure and you're set for servicing your car whenever it needs it. Oil extractor is handy for every 2nd use I find, oil pan for underneath or old 5l bottle with side cut out as well.

Once your comfortable doing that, you'll be tackling other stuff like brake pads with a wind back kit etc

getting a proper service for under €100 is going to be near impossible..

plenty of places advertise cheap services, but when you actually look at what they do, its an oil change and maybe a air filter swap...
this is not a service, its an oil and filter change...

a proper service is what is in your service book, that came with the car, it tells you exactly what needs to be done at what mileage.....

if you want a cheap oil change type service, I believe the tyre place eddie something or other on the cork road do it.. or give advance tyres a shout they do oil change service for under 100....

if you want a proper service... bring it to a local indy mechanic...
