I cant be the only one thoroughly enjoying.it?.. Same issue as last week re the over-acting at times, but as a political drama it certainly holds its own well and does a damn good job

This is all a bit pastiche (that's the nice version of what I think of it)

I wonder what did Saddam do with the Hurley?

probably killed some Kurds with it, and I'm not even joking.

Charlie probably took the sword to some Blueshirts.

What was that letter about ? And who's the father of what?

The letter at the start? It was a a deal Haughey did with Tony Gregory - Gregory supported Fianna Fail in return for some heavy investment in the Dublin Inner City. It got Haughey back in Government.

I'm actually enjoying this. Charlie has actually gone up in my estimation, at least he tried to get things done. I am expecting this opinion to change as the programme goes on. Hope there is a good bit of focus on Bertie. The most cunning and devious of them all or something like that.

I'm actually loving this - I can overlook the faults because its simultaneously hilarious/scary that this **** ever happened. It's bizarre. He's like our very own Bond villain. :D
