    hi electric ireand,
    I have received a letter today saying my account is about to be cutoff! it states that u cannot contact me despite numerous attempts but I have only received this letter today and no other letters or call!
    help

    If you are the account-holder, private message us your Electric Ireland account number, your name and address in full, and the telephone number we would have on file for you.
    Once you confirm those, we will look into your account ASAP.
