Problems connecting to EA servers (Fifa15)

I have a friend who has 2 Xbox 360's and 2 copies of Fifa 15 for his sons but only one copy will connect to online servers at a time. They don't have this problem with other games. Is there issues connecting 2 games from same ip address or is it a problem with ea servers?
