    Not sure of the name of this movement,,you stick a oly bar in a corner and use it to shoulder press

    anyway loaded it with a 20kg plate and performed 4 sets of 10,with only mild discomfort in my left shoulder

    Im down to 87kg so thats good.

    Began by using my yoga strap and stretched each hamstring for 3mins,each flute for 2mins then both legs for 3 mins.
    Have heard so many different recommendations on how and when to stretch..

    Shouldn't have trained so soon after being sick,im sick again.As well as that im looking after the child for a week or so on my own.So defiantly no gym for maybe a week or more.

    Incorporate playtime with working out and play games like 'help Daddy do goblet squats' and 'baby curls' :)

    Just about 100% free of illness but still just me and the child.
    Got the old chin up bar out did 4 sets of 8 underhand chins with 4 sets of press ups.

    I suppose a bit of time off can do no harm from time to time
