Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Glen Johnson Special

he is the only other striker the senior squad has.

    Who is flying that banner?

Its advertising a gentlemens club according to Brian Kerr.

    Lucas linking play very well

The only hope is that in the last couple of games the emphasis in the first half was to keep it tight and then commit more in the second half. Hopefully the same again today.

The ref is rubbish, seriously are there any good ones left?

Liverpool need Sterling to attack the Sunderland right back and keep badgering him.

Stoke working on Arsenals goal difference now.

Thank Christ for half time. That was an awful half of football

We don't really look like scoring at the moment.

Have created very little if anything.

We've so little threat. Lambert isn't a terrible striker but he's such a bad fit for us it's unreal. We're whacking balls 40 yards up to him to knock down to nobody.

Need to sort out that final 3rd pass.

We need to up our game attacking wise.

    Lucas has been great.

Played ok, some nice bits of play. Looking solid at the back. Lucas playing well.

We lack a cutting edge though. Sunderland dangerous on the break. Set piece will win this I think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,414 ✭✭✭Lord Trollington

Lambert was made for John O Shea and Wes Brown. Both are awful footballers but decent defenders against a similarly awful footballer.

Sturridge is missed so badly its gone way beyond a joke.

We have the cutting edge of a trifle up front.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,791 ✭✭✭✭Charlie19

We could do with getting Can or Allen on to allow Henderson to get further forward. Lalanna or Couthinio to be subbed, both have been poor.

  • Subscribers Posts: 32,855 ✭✭✭✭5starpool

Gerrard and Allen will be on soon I reckon, possibly Allen at half time for the anonymous Lallana.

Neither of them are "awful" footballers.

    Get a grip, will ya?

Stop throwing your toys out of your pram because your team is struggling.

Too much "eye of the needle" type passing.

    Lallana has been really poor

"And a reminder, Liverpool have Steven Gerrard on the bench. Sunderland have Lee Cattermole"

    I laughed. A lot.
