Setting up a mobile coffee business. Does anyone know where this may do well around Cork city or county? Putting quite a bit of money into this so can't really afford for it to fail. Anyone that may know areas in need of coffee or anyone in the business past or present with some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Coffee and anything that will be sold will be of high quality. No rubbish.

There is a place up from the Clarion Hotel. Outside the new KBC bank. Don't know if you would need a permit but there is good footfall there anytime I am in Cork. Somewhere along there would be good or maybe up closer to the South Mall, near Lisney HQ?

large industrial estates without a cafe might be a good idea.
