Yes, I have an all-Polaris beer bottled and ready for drinking this weekend. It was tasting great from the fermenter so I'm really looking forward to trying it.

Did you go some at the start, some just before end of boil and dry hop it?

    Here's the recipe:

    3kg Dry Light Malt Extract
    500g Crystal 15
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 60 min
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 40 min
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 30 min
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 20 min
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 10 min
    20g Polaris (18.8%) boiled 0 min

    22.5L
    OG 1.048
    US-05

    Dry-hopped in secondary with 20g Polaris (18.8%)
    FG 1.010
    5% ABV
Carbonation: 152g of dextrose, for 2.4 volumes of CO2.

Drinking it now. It smells citric and American but tastes super minty, like toothpaste or Pacer chews. I'm really happy with it.

supping this now, used 100g in the brew
    50g @60 min
    25g@ 1min
    25g dry hop

left it too long at dry hop, fortnight and a bit...
no minty taste but nice and bitter, although I'd say more norther brewer or European hops.
All Munich Malt balances it nicely, it'd probably make a nice lager too

What yeast did ye guys pitch with? Planning on starting to mess around with partial boils next delivery and trying to get some tips on what works. Minty aye? Sounds nice and weird! Damn...going to have the Megadeth song 'Rust In Peace...Polaris' stuck in my head for the next week now...

I use US-05 pretty much exclusively now.

Cool, thanks for the tip. Looks like a pretty versatile strain alright!
