BOI Mortgage taken twice

    Has anyone else experienced their BOI mortgage being taken twice on the same day?

    We're up to date with payments and Novembers payment was taken like normal. Perfect timing...

    Yes, it was a few years ago, but I contacted them and they refunded the payment to my account.
