Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

5000m training

    I can do 5000m in around 20 mins. I want to be able do it in 18 mins or lower if possible. Have no clue of any training to do, what types of sessions etc. Any help?

    No real advice to give but just wanted to say that I love the fact you are referring to it as the 5000m rather than 5K. More of that is needed here. :)

    I thought you might like that. Must start referring to it in this manner now too. Great result for John Travers in the Jingle Bells 5000m today :D
