Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wayne Rooney,in my opinion,is the greatest player in world football. He possesses a far greater range of skills and displays far better attitude, competitiveness and sportsmanship than the likes of the over-hyped Ronaldo and Messi.Despite all this however,he seems to suffer an almost unparalleled level of abuse and criticism from supporters and media and has been hampered to a certain extent playing for managers who don't know how to get the best out of him.In the annals of football history he will surely be written of as the greatest British player of his era and possibly of all time.I say all this not as a Manchester United supporter, by the way.

You're away with the fairies if you think he's anywhere as good as Temur Ketsbaia was.

His receding hairline held him back in the early days.

Funny to think that when himself and Ronaldo started out in the BPL it was Rooney who was generally expected to develop into the better player.

    Rooney dominating threads!

Probably could have been right up there if he'd really looked after himself. Still an excellent player none the less
